Research Collaboration with UMS

A letter of intent has been signed on 22 May 2022 between Universiti Malaysia Sabah's Sustainable Agriculture Faculty and the Sabah Durian & Tropical Fruit Planters Association (MaSDa) to collaborate and develop agriculture in Sabah.

The initial phase will focus on agronomy and the post-harvest of avocado. The collaboration is expected to benefit faculty students through field work and industrial training at MaSDa member plantations, whilst the results of the research will be presented to the MaSDa members for applications in the plantations.
